Construction Project Deadline Missed

The contractor missed the deadline to complete the reassembly of the water pump. He claimed it was because the wear ring was not supplied when requested. However, the wear ring could not be installed until the suction pipe was refurbished and installed. The animation shows the jury the necessary order of re-assembly.
