Vessel Flooding

A docked vessel was involved in an accident that caused damage to hulls 4 and 5. Within a few hours the entire vessel was completely submerged. Upon inspecting the vessel, it was determined the damage should have been contained to only hulls 4 and 5. Because of the lack of maintenance and years of neglect by the owner of the vessel, the interior of the vessel was full of rusted out holes allowing water to fill all of the compartments.
